Cancellation Policy


I am required to be notified of any cancellations, via phone (texting is preferred) at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made under the 24 hour mark or any no call, no shows, will be required to pay for the full session that was booked.

You will also be marked as a no call, no show if you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment and you will be required to reschedule, even if you notify me.

You will either be charged on your card, or if you have a package deal, I will mark it down as a payment. You will be notified of any charges made in this manner.
